Christmas Celebration - Handel Dixit Dominus
After the sold-out success of Handel’s Messiah last year, we team up again with Adelaide Baroque and the St Peter’s Cathedral Consort to present one of Handel’s other great choral masterpieces - the virtuosic Dixit Dominus - alongside Handel’s sublime antiphon “Salve Regina”, sung by Jessica Dean.
Organ Fireworks
Spectacular organ duets - four hands and four feet - with Director of Music Anthony Hunt and guest organist Joshua van Konkelenberg.
Interstellar 10 - Special Event
Journey to the stars with incredible organist Roger Sayer and music from the hit film “Interstellar” in its tenth anniversary year.

Patronal Festival Organ Recital - Michael Stewart
In celebration of St Peter’s Day, the annual Patronal Festival Organ Recital features an international organist, who not only presents this major recital, but also works with the Cathedral Choir, and teaches young organists, across the weekend.
Our guest organist in 2024 is Michael Stewart, one of New Zealand’s leading concert organists.
He is Organist and Director of Music at Wellington Cathedral of St Paul.
Michael presents a varied program, including the great Grande Pièce Symphonique by César Franck, alongside masterworks by J.S. Bach, Mendelssohn, Langlais, Tournemire and more!

Good Friday Meditation Concert - Baroque + Saxophone

Featuring a short baroque cantata retelling the story of Peter’s denial of Jesus; and the magnificent ‘Son of God’ Mass by James Whitbourn, for Choir, Organ & Soprano Saxophone.

The Windborne Singers

David Elton - Trumpet and Organ

Good Friday Meditation
A free, choral meditation concert for Good Friday.
The St Peter’s Cathedral Choir present three new works for Good Friday, based on Psalms 13, 22 and 91, by Adelaide composers Jodie O’Regan, Rachel Bruerville and Anthony Hunt.
