Marko Sever is Organist and Assistant Director of Music at St James’ Church, King Street in Sydney, a position he holds after many years at the highest level of the English Cathedral tradition, including as Organ Scholar at Westminster Cathedral, where he recently recorded his debut CD, of Marcel Dupre’s virtuosic Passion-Symphony.
The St Peter’s Cathedral Consort is now well known to Adelaide audiences for their thrilling Christmas performances of Messiah (2023) and Handel’s Dixit Dominus (2024.) Here the Consort tackle one of the great masterworks of the choral repertoire, Frank Martin’s luscious and spellbinding Mass for Double Choir.
